The place is new and beautiful...if I had to say one issue with the room it would be that they have a really small fridge.

The room was really clean. Also very quiet and the service was excellent. Check in was extremely friendly and check out was also very friendly. She asked if there was anything they could of done to make out stay more pleasant. The only thing we said was having a microwave in our room cause the eggs were sort of cold in the morning. But other then that we really enjoyed our stay. We would definitely recommend staying here if you are in Byron Georgia.

Let me start by saying the customer service at this place is outstanding. They went above and beyond to help me get into a hotel room that booking.com messed up. They cared about me and my kids and treated us like family. Sedona at the front desk was so accommodating and comforting during our mix up. Every hotel needs a person like her working for them! I can’t rave about her customer service enough. The hotel is beautiful and clean. Rooms are spacious. Great location. Rooms are clean hallways are clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone traveling through like us!!!

Haven't heard of the Avid brand, but recognized the IHG property. A great 2-night stay, right off the interstate, tucked back off the 4-lane highway, very quiet. Night team was thorough and friendly, even for an after-midnight check-in. Superb room, comfy, nice shower. If all Avid properties are like this, I found my new hotel chain!

I really liked this hotel. It was clean, the beds and pillows were comfy, the water pressure was good, the spray was fabulous, and the shower wasn't tiny. Soaps and conditioners are good quality. Says breakfast until 930am. We go downstairs at 9. There were no eggs only a few sausages, no potatoes. They wouldn't make more eggs because they said it wouldn't be ready but it was out when I came down at 9. They should have been cooking more before then. They did bring potatoes. Also, the gentleman that was cleaning acted impatient when I was trying to grab creamer for it coffee instead of moving out of the way for him to grab the trash. After he left the broom and dustpan leaning on the drink counter in front of one of the beverage dispensers. All food was locked down just before 930. There wasn't much left, but they removed it all by 933.

Hotel was nice. Staff was great. Everything is nice and spotless. The construction was cheap though. The walls have no soundproofing. I could hear the guy in the next room like there was no wall. People walking across the room upstairs sounded like they must have been 500 pounds.

This hotel is really clean. Ms. Sarah was so sweet and put out breakfast out early, she kept the area neat, clean and stocked the entire time. Christine really cared about her job and went above and beyond to make sure I was very well taken care of. My only gripe is no dressers and no closets and it was a 3 weeks stay. No microwaves in the room was pretty inconvenient as well. Overall a 4 out of 5. All the staff were pleasant and helpful. Cleaning staff did a good job. Pillows and beds are very comfortable.

I was just there too attend my Goddaughter's moving forward ceremony, so I was at the hotel just during the day. It was a very clean, fresh feeling upon entering the lobby. The young lady at the front desk was friendly and very helpful. The lobby restroom was very clean and the rooms were as well. As a former front office manager with the Starwood brand and a former flight attendant, I always come into hotels and pay attention to: first greetings from the front desk staff, cleanliness of the lobby, elevator and lobby restroom and, if applicable, restaurant and then the rooms. This hotel was very impressive and now has me and my family as a fan that will be staying with this brand anytime we travel and can find this boutique hotel. Thank you for maintaining a high standard, as I viewed your brand website and there seems to be consistency across the board!
